Pioneer Water Tanks is proud to introduce the 150mm bellmouth overflow system, a game-changer in water tank technology designed to offer superior protection and efficiency. This advanced system ensures the overflow rate exceeds the water infill rate, adhering strictly to the Plumbing Industry Board's specifications, preventing overflow-related issues, and maximising storage capacity.

The 150mm bellmouth overflow is the largest standard overflow on the market, capable of handling up to 900 litres per minute. Its innovative design includes an internal elbow and bellmouth configuration, allowing the tank to hold more water and effectively manage heavy downpours.

One of the standout features of this system is the one-piece PVC wall connection. This design isolates water from steel components, eliminating the need for chemical sealants and reducing contamination risks. Additionally, the use of bolts with O-ring seals, in conjunction with the spooled wall fitting, ensures a watertight seal, further enhancing the system’s reliability and preventing leaks.

If it isn’t plumbed into a stormwater system, the overflow also features a flap valve on the end of the external pipe, which prevents insects, vermin, and small animals from entering the tank and ensures the water remains fresher for longer.
